Puppy Training

Puppy Training (8 weeks to 4 months)

With Both Ends of the Leash, you will learn everything you need to start your puppy on the path to being a healthy, happy, good K9 citizen. The old adage is that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. While that is not true, teaching a young dog before developing bad habits is certainly easier. Puppy training should begin the day you bring your new family member home. It is easier to begin training on day 1 if you have prepared ahead of time. If you have arranged for puppy training with Both Ends of the Leash before your puppy comes home, we will evaluate your home, give you suggestions for puppy-proofing your home, and teach you what to do on day 1. If you didn’t start day 1 don’t worry we will catch you up.
